About Us

Baby Zone NYC was created to

Educate and Empower expectant parents.

We're the company your doctors trust.  Our classes our taught by Registered Nurses with hospital experience in the topics they teach. We have carefully and thoughtfully prepared each of our classes so that they focus on the most current and safest care techniques.  Expectant Parent's will come away feeling comfortable and confident.

We also provide support after the baby is arrives.  Our Founder, Dominique Weiss, Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant and Doula, is available to come to your home and help sort out any issues.

Safety and Preparation are the keys to preventing accidents.  I focus on educating and empowering our clients so that they can not only take care of their babies during health and illness but know what to do in case of an emergency.
I've been a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse for over 27 years and have taught Infant and Child CPR to hundreds of families in the past 15 years.

I love helping New Parents learn to care for their babies.  I consider it a privilege to enter a family's life at the exciting and exhausting time.

My experience in the hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric ER give me a unique ability to educate parents on normal newborn behaviors verses behaviors that need medical attention.
